There are a few policies and procedures we would like you to be aware of, so here it goes:

• Our units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed, this helps keep our units in good shape.

• Check In is at 4:00 p.m. MST, and Check Out is at 11:00 a.m. MST unless special arrangements are made prior to your visit.  Our cleaning team must have this time to prepare for each visit.

• For Golf, Fishing, Tennis, or Swimming, you need a permit.  All you need to do is pick them up at the Club House.  Just tell them which unit you are staying in.

• For Golf, soft spikes only please.

• Only use man-made logs in the fireplace.

• Upon departing, please wash your dishes and take out your trash, as it could be the following day before the cleaning team is able to come clean. 

• Also, leave all beds that were used unmade.  This assists the cleaning team to know which beds need to be changed.
